How porridge should be made



Ingredients (serves 2)

1 cup rolled oats

1 1/2 cups water

1 cup plant based milk

2 cinnamon quills

1 tbsp chia seeds

2 tsp cinnamon sugar


Toppings (all optional)

Sujon frozen berries of your choice

Pistachios

Coconut sugar

Shredded coconut


Method:

Add all porridge ingredients to a saucepan and bring to the boil. Then simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes. Divide into two bowls and top with your choice of toppings.
